The Hotel is managed and marketed by ARAMARK Harrison Lodging. Whether you are looking to host a corporate event, a board meeting, computer training, a special celebration or simply a hotel room in a fantastic location, the John Hancock Hotel & Conference Center can fulfill your needs.
There are ten (10) meeting rooms available that range in size from 375 square feet to over 1800 square feet, with seating from 2 to 200. Food and beverage service can be delivered right in your meeting room, or you can reserve a separate area. Sixty-four (64) guest rooms are also available.

By Car from Logan Airport
Follow signs to Sumner Tunnel. After exiting the tunnel take second right onto Rt. 93 north. Exit at Cambridge/Storrow Drive. Follow Storrow Drive signs to Back Bay and exit at Copley Square (a left exit). Turn right at the lights onto Beacon Street. At the second set of lights, turn left onto Clarendon Street. Follow Clarendon St. through (7) sets of lights and look for the Hard Rock Cafe on your left. Parking is available in the John Hancock garage, 1/2 block past the Hard Rock Cafe on the right.
By Car from West
Follow the Mass Pike (Rt. 90) East towards Boston and take Exit 22 (Prudential Center/Copley Square). Bear right to Copley Square. This will bring you onto Stuart Street. At the second set of lights, take a right onto Clarendon Street and look for Hard Rock Cafe on your left. The parking garage (John Hancock Garage) is a 1/2 block beyond the Hard Rock Cafe on the right-hand side of Clarendon Street.
By Car from North/South
Follow Route 93 towards Boston and take Exit 26 (Storrow Drive/Cambridge). Follow signs onto Storrow Drive/Back Bay. Follow Storrow Drive signs to Back Bay and exit at Copley Square (a left exit). Turn right at the lights onto Beacon Street. At the second set of lights, turn left onto Clarendon Street. Follow Clarendon St. through (7) sets of lights and look for the Hard Rock Cafe on your left. The John Hancock parking garage is 1/2 block past the Hard Rock Cafe on the right.
By Subway/Commuter Rail
Back Bay Station - Orange Line or Commuter Rail. Turn right on Dartmouth Street. Make first right onto Stuart Street. Make first right onto Trinity Place. We are on the left.
Walking from Copley Station
Green Line. Walk diagonally across Copley Square towards Trinity Church. Walk between Copley Plaza Hotel and John Hancock Tower onto Trinity Place. We are one block down on left. |

Our guest rooms are distinguished, intimate, and comfortably furnished. A self-serve Continental breakfast is included in our room rate, and a complimentary USA Today is delivered to your door during weekdays. All rooms have cable TV with HBO, private bath, individually controlled heating & air conditioning, and telephones with modem hookup capability. Discounted parking is available in the John Hancock garage.
We are minutes away from many restaurants, parks, shopping, tourist attractions, and points of interest. Our location is in a wonderful area for walking in Copley Square, Boston Common, Public Garden, and along the Charles River.

We offer wonderful meeting rooms for functional meetings. Where you can get things done! In rooms that can be arranged the way you want them. You'll have real walls all around you -- not walls like sliding doors! You'll sit in seats that are designed for comfort during an all day meeting. Most of our meeting rooms have windows. All rooms have nice high ceilings. You'll be surrounded with other meetings -- no chance of having a noisy orchestra next to you where your attendees can't concentrate!
All of our prices are reasonable. Our fee structure is three dimensional . The CMP package gives you one price for guest room, meeting room with AV, lunch and continuous breads. DMP package includes meeting room with AV, lunch and continuous breaks. Lastly, a Day Rate which is your meeting room with AV and continuous breaks. We can arrange any style of food & beverage service you require.
